Why I've started this blog

I started off with a website, http://www.diystar.co.uk/ (which is still floating around the world wide web) which kept me entertained, but wasn't very time effifcinent.  It took me longer to design and upload the pages than it actually did to test out the things featured on my site.  That's when I came up with the idea of a blog instead. I'm trying as many things as I can.
