Vistaprint is great for getting printed items for free, you just pay the postage, and then the give you money off any future orders. I've ordered loads of stuff from here; I ordered business cards, but had them printed with my name and phone number and a little message inviting my daughters friends to play, they were like like play date cards. I also had some personalised Christmas cards and a magnet with my daughters picture in it.
