You write a letter/make a postcard and just pay for what you send. I made a postcard with a picture of Emma on it and sent it to her; cost me 42 pence, which is1 pence more than a first class stamp. Quite please with that, I was able to upload some credit by PayPal and it took all of 5 minutes to do.
